Washoot connects to WhatsApp on your behalf using your own WhatsApp number. Message content is processed in transit to send to your customers. We do not store message content beyond what is necessary for delivery and analytics.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your API keys, passwords, and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted.
We use PayPal for payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by PayPal and is not stored on our servers. We may use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Groq) to power the chatbot feature using API keys you provide.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
